I also used the in-game cs ticket submission as well, but just a heads up, I just tested the mobs/monsters in Bangkorai and the recent 'rollback' to the hp increase/damage output increase to pre 1.1.2 did not take. They are still not fixed. I just tested several mobs and decided to also pick up some quests that I had not completed waiting for this fix... as they were impossible to complete. Please QA the fixes before sending it out saying it's fixed....it's not fixed at least where I have tested.
I am not going to be an apologist, but I am sure you guys have your hands very full and doing the best you humanly can at the moment in the ZoS offices, however there is a limit. Your paying and 'becoming less loyal' community of players, as each day and each patch progresses, are getting tired of paying to play your product broken and having to punish themselves and play through, test, and report the fixes FOR YOU. Even the most staunch and loyal customers and even fan boys all have their limits. When the balance of frustration, stress, anxiety, anger, disgust, disappointment, etc. etc. etc. far exceed the fun, pleasure, enjoyment, entertainment value, etc. etc. etc. that one is here to experience...it's time to do a 'Reborn' like that other game we know about from Asia, ZoS Team. The negative that has haunted this game for so long has been the worst I have seen in a decade of gaming and I have seen some nasty things take place with many title launches.
We all want your baby to succeed as much as you do, but there is a line where enough is enough and this project was painfully rushed and pushed out extremely too soon. It's really unfair to your loyal fan base and to the general gamer as well to have plopped this very 'unpolished for release' product onto the market. I know there is still a good number of players willing to seed this baby through this crisis if it gets even worse than all we have seen so far. But again, that's not fair to your community and its not realistic to expect that from customers at this state of game.
Unfortunately this isn't solely just a finger point at ZoS exclusively...this quite apparently has become the 'state of the norm' in the industry today, even from the most well known and trusted developers and titles. This saddens me and breaks my heart, as a decade long veteran mmo player, to see where we have ended up in gaming as a whole in 2014. I am at a point that I never thought would happen, as I have been heavily debating to walk away from mmos for several years to see if the industry gets its act together, if not permanently. I am not the only one that feels like this either...this is a discussion that has been going on for some time now with many players, guild mates, friends, etc that are fed up, and it's time to walk away and that means no longer supporting you and your projects unfortunately.
ESO was in fact, for many of us, our last hope dangling on that thin remaining thread for mmos to keep us holding on, and it has snapped with ESO. I hope all the dev's in the industry finally decide to learn their lessons and get back to basics...you can do better.
