OK tried a different browser where I'm not logged in to the forums and can see it nowWe'll be performing a server reboot maintenance the morning of 5/26. Maintenance duration ETA is one hour. The European maintenance will be at 8AM CEST. The North American maintenance will be at 3AM EDT.
Monday morning huh? Why not now? So basically another day offline just to see if it will work? Bah.....

2. Log me off from the server side.
3. The server thinks I am online due to a database lockup on my account record.
4. Other solution is to Restart the server to fix everyone's login issues and then figure out the bigger problem.
5. Tell everyone to log off correctly by clicking the log off button and waiting for it so the server does not lock u down again.

looks like it was finally acknowledged as a problem and at the top of there list at least, i haven't been able to play since thursday night=/

I am sorry your issue still persist, please try the following
1. logout of the game
2. Navigate on account/elderscrollsonline.com and login on your account
3. See if a new TOS Agreement is prompted
4. Then try to login back in the game and see if the error still appear
Going on 67 hours without gameplay. I'm contemplating which game I will switch to now... which I wasn't before this ordeal. 140524-016420
