I'm in a major boss combat situation, I've got stacks of magicka and stamina, I position myself for a strike, hit the skills key - and nothing happens; frantic hammering of the key doesn't help either.
Surely bugs as fundamental as this ought to have been sorted out by now (along with skills animating but not doing damage and a whole host of other combat bugs in a combat orientated game).
