Messages Across Tamriel still bugged... Preventing any further progress for me and many others...

So, I know this is not the first post about the subject, but I'm really, REALLY, annoyed that another patch has passed and still there is no solution to this.
For the people who don't know, the quest Messages Across Tamriel is bugged -at least in DC, when you have to talk to Vanus Galerion in WAYREST-. There is no option to interact with him, and /camp and /reloadui do not help.
This should be fixed ASAP or ZOS should at least come up with a short term solution to solve this since it's preventing a lot of people to continue with their character progress and it is really unfair.
This is really sapping my desire to play the game. Please DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭They've put in a change which is supposed to fix this, but it actually fixed another issue (him appearing at all) but doesn't make him interact-able. ZOS closed another topic on this here earlier saying it is fixed, I don't think they are aware.0 -
When I had this problem Customer Service was able to assist me with getting the quest completed. It was before the patch but I assume the fix still works.Mara's Tester

I wrote to customer service becouse are 2 days i'm stuck on this quest and i have not anymore quests to do!! The problem is that i read that i need to talk to VARUS, but it doesn't display him on the map. So i asked around and someone told me that he shuld appear in the mages guild in skywatch... when i go there i don't see anyone, so i cannot do anything.
Customer service answered me that they forwarded my message to a specialized department, but untill now i have no news and i'm getting quite upset that i'm paying for a game beeing blocked in progress for a bug.
Anyone have got my same experience ?0 -
Solved by Paulo of the customer service, he had to reset the quest while i was in the right place, thanks again to Paulo!
