v5 stopped progression due to broken quest "cadwells silver"

Hello once again this is the 4th ticket i have put in and got no real help on this issue...

again im a lvl v5 with the achievement of "walk the path" its a story line quest that must be done to move ot next zone .. but guess what even though i got that part it did not give me credit for cadwell's silver .which is again the last part of the story line and the cadwells alamnac "two moons path " is still gray as if i did not do the "walk the path" which i did casue i got the achievement for doing it .. what does a player do when now he cant advance to the next zone . how long does a player have ot wait for this to be fixed .. theres many others in the same boat . of this broken part of the game . ? will some one inlighten me on whats next .. also please dont send a email with saying 'o just drop t he quest and start over " as the other support reply said that . guess what i cant drop it if i have done the *** thing and turned it in right .? maybe some one at the support desk will really read this and follow tru . vs some "bot" sending out emails .

yep i now this company take our money and he give us buged quest he make us pay and no progresion is a strategy to pay more adn keep more in game

Have you tried going back to your first harborage zone where to talk to caldwell again. Maybe he'll turn the crystal back on for you to advance.
I'm not trying to troll. I'm just trying to help but not really sure of the problem since I haven't had it.

If i understand u correctly i fear you r the first victim of the achievement gone missing, and if this is the problem it seems a waaaaaay worst problem than a "visual bug"

I never got that quest ticked in Cadwell's Silver (the last tick in Reaper's March) but I returned to Cadwell and he sent me on to the next area and the next phase of his quest anyway - worth a try if you haven't already?

Well in my experience, if it can't be fixed by starting the quest over or by /camp (which is not the same as /logout) then you would be waiting for a patch

Wait until you get to Bangkorai and see that the first 2 quests in Cadwell's Silver don't give the Skill Point and the public dungeons that are supposed to give a Skill Point for killing special bosses also don't behave correctly.

I have not done that quest yet, but i have had a quest where i got the achievement but could not progress because the quest was no longer in my journal. it seems that it is , like most other quest problems, a phasing issue where someone else makes a kill or whatever right at that time you enter close enough for it to complete, but gives you no reward or in this case quest advancement.

The way i have found that works for most phasing issues is to quit, log back in, wait for someone else who is at the same point in the quest to enter the portal/door, then follow them in right behind them, this will leave you in phase with them and reset your quest markers even if it is a solo event it seems.

i did that to get back sindur and some other dude that wouldnt show up in another quest.

for the quests that really are buggy and crash on some systems, but leave empty containers/boxes etc (ie dont start) on others, they are still phasing issues but can be resolved by using one of your alts that can go to the area, but does NOT have the quest, send them to the point the games crashes or starting point of the quest where it fails to start, log off, log on to the character with the quest and it will progress.

hope that helps, but if it is a level triggered thing, then maybe it is just not possible.
