I'll just go ahead and add myself to the list. I started experiencing the timeout>301>timeout>301... issue around 11:30pm or so PST on 5/23 after having to force the game to close due to the infinite load screen issue shown in this thread: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/100580/very-weird-loading-screen-issue-after-patch-video . I submitted a ticket and did receive a response that my character had been sent to another location so I shouldn't still be in a loop.

My boyfriend is still able to log in on the same network. I am even using a different network now and still experiencing the same issue.

Same issue, I can't login to the game since 24 hours, 301 error or login time out.
timeout > 301 > timeout > 301

I sent 2 ticket:

obviously I canceled my subscription

Agreed on the first part, but EU golden? Are you joking?
1) I am stuck as you with this ridicolous bug, and guess what server I play?
2) want to trade with our land of lag, playing from Europe on a EU server actually placed in the US for still un unknown amount of time, and maybe never to be moved? (as they stated, they are prioritizing fighting the gold sellers before moving, so if they keep waiting that to succeed... ahahahah we are royally screwerd)

Well I now have this stupid bug too. Since that patch I have had nothing but trouble, lag/crashes/rollbacks/getting dc'd/character getting stuck and now I cannot even log in and keep getting this error. I play on the NA server and have tried all the usual fixes, nothing works. This is a huge pain in the butt as I was just about to start to finish lvling to vet11 in Craglorn. I just got to the zone, joined a group and boom, got dc'd and now I cannot log in anymore. This needs to be fixed, Im already frustrated and its been like an hour, I cannot imagine this going on for days.

24 hours and counting. I think this is mainly because they don't have a dedicated 24/7 support and we are just in the unlucky off hours for the one, maybe two?, guys they have that could probably fix this.

If a small companies in my small and **** country has 24/7 support, and a free to play games also have, why zenimax do not have?

Because obviosuly they dont give a **** about users(us). I also cant log in to the game, for more than 48 hours(of my paid game time*),and the last relpy that i got from CS was 22 HOURS AGO!!!

And still i dont see any progress about this issue...Zenimax,shame on u

Who knows how many subscribers they will lose by the end of this year if they continue like this...I just cannot believe that peolpe who made the game, cannot find a way to fix the issue THEY THEMSELVES caused...And i cannot believe that in serious game like this (or atleast i understood that ESO was meant to be serious game), CS is just so helpless about this...unbelievable

Every of these problem will cost them only a few suscribers. But the point is, theres a treshhold. When enough players have left, then their freinds and guildies will leave, too, because they want to play together. And once the server start to feel empty, alot of other players will quit because its not much fun anymore with such few players. And then there comes the free to play option and the game slowly dies. Age of Conan, SWToR are like the best known examples for this, but theres mana more.

Pretty ridiculous at this point.

I have two incidents open:

140524-031606 - Original
140524-036341 - Opened because I got no response to the original but I had new information that I would have liked to add to the original case but could not find a way to.

Well what I have concluded this is server side. Why my son and I both have accounts.

I did all the things CS was saying to do reinstall, etc.

What I did also though was test both accounts.

My son's account - Can login into website, EU and NA servers no issues.
My account - Can login into website and EU server, but not the NA server.

Why would this be my firewall, my router, my ISP, my ESO client, my video card, my PC?

It is not. This is an issue on the NA server for me.

2 weeks left on my sub. Would like to at least get to play during the time I paid for.

Also got a response to my original incident 18 hours after I submitted the second one which I was contacted on about 12 hours later.

Devs are properly going through things manually, hence the periodic glad posts on the forums that they can log in.

Switching data somewhere

pLoggedIn = 0 (Tada ^^)

It took 3 days, since an hour after the patch on Thursday I could not play, crashed 3x in a row and then was locked out, getting 301/time out. 4 CS emails and 1 call later I can finally log in. Days later they finally listened to us that it was not a user end error but a server issue that they actually needed to go in and fix. This is something that should have taken hours, alright maybe 24hrs MAX since they have to do it manually but not 3 days.

Update to log in timeout:

A customer service rep called me and reviewed all of their potential fixes to this problem. None of their suggestions worked. This is not a problem on my end, it is a problem on your end!!!! I have two computers in the same house and both are hooked up to the same router. One is a Mac and one is a PC. My girlfriend can log into her account on either computers. I can't log into my account on any computer. So, why would you require me to repair/reinstall/do anything to my computer (s)? Today is the 3rd day in a row that I can't log in. I'm about 1 day from blasting you with 2 credit card time outs (cancelled subscriptions). I have been patient, up until now.

Keep working on your VR 12 stuff and new content, before you fix the issues that have been stated within your forums from your player base.

At least you were able to get $140 bucks from me for buying your game and some extra cash for the monthly sub fees. Yes, I'm losing confidence in your ability to fix my log in. In the 15 years I have been playing MMO's, I have never been unable to log into my account longer than 1 day.
