New bug: dead, but not dead

Actions say "can't do that while dead", but I'm not in "dead" mode and I don't have any prompt asking where to revive. Have to relog to fix.

    I posted a thread about this too; it happened to me when my health went to just above zero; I didn't die but did received a quest failed notification shown and was treated as a sort of undead (I couldn't do anything whilst 'dead').

    they really need to remove this latest patch until they can work out some of these bugs, but hey at least you guys are still able to log into your accounts alot of us cant even get into the game anymore.

    Have you tried logging out completely? Oh wait- then you will join the growing amount of people who are unable to login!

    Me too have this bug and the only thing you can do is to log out or quit. I have no problem to log in again though.

    I relogged and returned to where I was but in need of reviving.

    Did any of you have a heal over time effect running when you 'died'?

    I was going to say something witty about me still being able to play, even after I completely close ESO and restart it, but I decided against it.

    Nope, nothing.

    Fair enough, I was & had wondered if they were applying damage & heals in the wrong order and ending up with weird results where potions of other healing effects ended up partially reviving us rather than preventing our deaths.

    Your title reminds me of the young ones clip when Neil said "Dead but alive like Leonard Cohen" :) our EU and American cousins may not get it, not sure if the young ones plays in your neck of the woods. Sorry but I had to say it, its the OCD in me. Those were the days when man wasn't offended by the smallest words, how we have fallen.

    That's a pretty strange one. Not seen anything related before so it must be a new bug in the last major patch.
