Go F2P or B2P, not Sub

Ok, I had it. I been playin MMO's since 1997, with the launch of DAoC. I know the game has launched and there will be bugs, there will be server and login issues, ect. But our $15, partly go towards Customer Service. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE you have ZOS, is horrible. They are clueless, no respect to player, not polite, and have no ideal what to do, but give simple text book answers. They have no feelings for the customer and gamers here. If you want to continue with the $15 sub, FIX CUSTOMER SERVICE or go B2P, like GW2 or F2P and just give us the quality customer service we currently have which is e-mail, or no response for days.

Yep. I agree. I opened a ticket on may 9th and they have yet to resolve it or get back to me after I wrote them twice over.

Not long ago I got a reply regarding another ticket that looked like it was written by a 5 year old. Very bad grammar, and the punctuation was a complete mess.

I don't need to destroy this game, ZOS and the Customer Service is doing that for me. Have you not read all the treads of ppl unsubbing bc of patch 1.1.2 and the horrible Customer Service. I don't need to kill this game they doing a good job at doing that themselves.

I say: Fire some over there at support and get good ones.

I would much rather have a sub fee then other models. I am nowhere near the top supporter for their customer service, but I do not like f2p and I don't think the b2p would let them make to much future content.

Well I would agree, I am not saying the game needs to go F2P or B2P, but the way things are being handled atm, but the CS and ZOS, its not worth my $15 and I am in ssi so $15 is a lot of money, but I need a game to play bc I cant really socialize with ppl out side my home bc of my disability prevents me from leaving home, but the point is, If you are going to charge the sub, plz give us professional CS. Also GW2 is B2p and they have new content every 2-6 weeks in small content patches and the reason why Im here and not playing GW2, is because of the ESO Lore. But the way things are being handled, its getting hard to stay, but im willing to wait.

I understand what you mean and I agree that their customer support sucks. However I think within the next couple weeks most of the issues will be sorted out and hopefully the CS gets better. I also am a fan of elder scrolls btw.

we all hope so, but 6 weeks afther launch there are more new bugs and things not working then ever before.
