I am unable to log into the game and get a login timeout or 301 back and forth.... My friend just came over and logged in ON MY COMPUTER with no settings changed.....
He got to character screen with the simple IP change code.... He was able to play!
I tried my account again and login timeout/301...
This is an account issue @ZOS_JessicaFolsom not a client or computer issue..... Something happened to our accounts.

Support has acknowledged this problem and have said their actively trying to work out a solution and figure out what is causing it. In other words, they currently have no idea what is going on, but are trying to fix it for us

Good test, Drazticulous, I was wondering if anyone had tried it.
For those of you that don't seem to get it, the Zenimax people are suggesting people with login issues do all kinds of stuff locally, checking their game installation, et cetera, and Drazticulous just demonstrated it is not local computer-based but a problem with individual accounts and therefore a problem only Zenimax Online can fix. I personally find it to be worth a new thread as opposed to lost somewhere in a 20+ page thread.
I haven't had this problem, but planned to do just what you have if I did, Drazticulous. I would think it important information to those suffering this issue. Thanks!He will bring life to the dead, hope to the living, and for him the Gate will open.
