Can't log into Account page - Page not found error

I just re-installed my OS after rebuilding my computer and need to re-install the client. When I try to log into the account page I get the following.

Error 404 Page not found

    Seems to be something with IE 11, installed Chrome and was able to log in and get the client download.

    an while ago an new warning came out . An security hole at IE.
    Do not use it.(still no fix).

    If you read I just re-installed my OS and wanted to install the client, thanks for the helpful feed back, now using Chrome as post stated.
