This is the first mmo I've played in quite a few years that I really have high hopes for. One that I could see myself playing for a few years. HOWEVER!

You seriously need to get on board with the notion that if you don't fix the current implementation of the game - there won't be anyone around for me to play this game with. I'm not a very patient person when it comes to MMO's as is the same with most of your customer base - we've been burned by too many mmo's in the past to waste our time giving you all money for a broken product. The list of current issues is so long it would take me hours to compile the information. Currently I can't even play the game between all the crashes and purple objects. I'm going to try and hold out as long as I can before giving up hope that this game will ever be playable - The lag in Cyrodiil is bad, very very bad. (us server)

You all certainly have your work cut out for you. I'd highly suggest getting on it before your subscriptions fall through the floor. Stop with "new" content, and fix what you have, please. If you never added a new thing to the current game and everything worked as intended - I'd be a happy paying customer.
