I am having difficulty with the quest Hircine's Gift. I am unable to heavy/light attack and only have the roar ability available. While doing the mission Hircine's Speech is interrupted and skips to the next comment (he does this three times) I then go from a praying position to a standing position before he is done talking. After he transforms me I am unable to attack at all.
For a quick backstory I have already completed the werewolf quest and became one however I dropped it in favor of the vampire line (curiosity). I have recently cured myself of vampirism and paid to receive a werewolf bite from another player. I went directly to the altar to start the mission chain. You know the rest.

As far as attempted self fixes I have tried logging (to character screen and complete log out and log back) /reloadui /camp, dropping mission and picking it back up, unequipping weapon and reequipping, I also went to the extreme and completed a full uninstall of the game (including all subfiles) and reinstalling it from scratch with no prevail. I am getting a little irritated and would appreciate a solution to this problem.
