Waited for 2 hours on hold to support this morning call dropped, submitted 3 tickets, can't play

I've posted on other forums about having the flickering/rapidly cycling game tips screen after entering a building in Cyrodiil. I've been unable to play since the night before last (36+ hours). I submitted two tickets finally got that lovely automated response. Replied to that and still no word. Last night I left my number for them to call me back... nothing. I just sat on hold for nearly two hours this morning to support and the call was dropped. When I call back the same number it just says some "extension is unavailable" message. This is completely crazy.

    Here are thousands of people who can not play, but nobody cares of that... Just check the forum, login issuses, game launch issues... For me the problem is to log in, all the time connection time out or error 301...

    i would really estimate maybe less 2 or 1 thousand are affected. otherwise I would think the forums wold be much more crowded today. I got a clear login, but I can't tell how many people are on really. The phases pretty much make that impossible to get a good estimate

    I can't login, I tried reinstall game, I used another computer and nothing. My ticket number 140524-023489 I will waiting to fast help or you lose next player who want to play this game many year. Bless you and good luck and I didn't go to Craglor, I had crash in the Stormhaven public dungeon when I want to went out

    I have the same issue. It started while leaving the Mournhold Underground. I can log in other characters, but not my main. Great way to ruin my plans for memorial day weekend, ZOS :(

    100% agree. Finally had a window I could play unrestricted (out of school, off work, kids with their mother) and this happens. They really should roll back the patch until they have it working correctly.

    After 5 hrs on the phone got a reply from eso cs: yup account is banned and they will send it for review higher up. I didn't do anything but kill the bosses like supposed to.
    Funny, if you get no drops for kills/ or game freezes/or you get teleported from Cyro to Rift/or if you missing items from the bank .... eso does not apologize.

    But if you find a spot with good xp and drops - they freaking ban thousands of people. I ban my kids and their friends from playing ESO in my house. NO MORE. ESO is banned in my house so my kids and their friends should look for different game to play.

    Same for me, just left the Mournhold Underground, now I`m stuck in a flickering loading screen with cycling game tips... :-(
