Big FPS swings after patch

Hi all,
I just tried to play, took my lvl 49 char in coldharbor for a ride.
But I keep getting huge FPS changes. I was happy the FPS was up more with the patch but now it climbs and falls all within seconds. I went from 50 to 8 in a blink of the eye. And for the first time today I went below 1, actualy it said 0.7... wasnt sure it was possible but it is.
My computer didn't change so how is this possible? didn't change my grapics...
Any others having this issue?
You can see the FPS rate by typing /fps in the chat, low FPS results in not loading of objects or mobs and lagging like hell.

pema✭✭✭It keeps getting to a total freeze. Big combat is impossible it totaly eats the computer.
I sadly have to say I reached my limit... they keep breaking the game for me and this time I'm no longer able to play...0
