missing critrate from ui stats panel

after patch for a short while was all good i even checked that daggers with dw passive gives me proper critrate bonus then after a short moment of fighting mobs i realised that both critrate values ( spell&mele) are missing from stat ui panel, just empty places for both. reopen client ect wont help. anyone got prob like that too?
