Error 301 - Persistant

Hiya folks

I've been trying to login several times now and gets error 301 on a constant basis. I'm logging in from Denmark on a 60Mbits line and have full capacaty on my line.
And it is on the EU server...

    I'm here in the United States on the North American server and have been getting the same message all day!

    I am in the US and having the same problem. Timeout, then the 301 message. I was on the phone with support and they are pretty clueless. It was disheartening. I was told up to 3-5 business days until they'd get back to me with a fix. (if they can even figure it out, lol) So much for enjoying the game this holiday weekend.

    I fixed this issue by having a friend login to my account from another IP. Actually, another country altogether. He logged in no problem After he logged out, I got back in as well. This is after 3 hours of trying everything else imaginable on my end.

    If it's possible to try logging in from a friend's house or something I would try that.

    Hi All, I am having the same issue. Started after yesterdays patch. 2 days of trying everything imaginable to no avail. Customer support is working on it, but haven't been able to resolve yet. My boyfriend can login to his account on my computer, no problem, but cannot login to my account on his. I will ask my brother in another state to try tomorrow to see if that works, but was wondering if anybody had figured this out yet?

    Just started happening to me. Was playing the game and got logged out during loading screen, now receiving error 301. I have tried exiting the game, restarting the computer, repairing, and tried to log on with two different wifi networks. Also tried a few other things with the hosts file and such and nothing seems to work. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Please fix!

    It's clearly a server side problem related to specific accounts.

    From all that I've read and my own experience, it seems that the client crashes, you try and log back in, then the timeout-301-timeout-301 cycle starts. I'm not aware of any other trigger, anyone have it happen under different circumstances?

    Logging in your account on another computer gets the same issue, logging in someone else's account on your computer has no problem.
