writing for my niece, but since she has downloaded the latest patch she is unable to logon ;-( is there any issues with the latest patch ? i have downloaded it and i dont seem to have a problem.

✭Support section would probably be better for this question but maybe you could describe exactly what she's experiencing or the message she's getting when trying to log in.

✭✭Um, post this in the Customer Support forum, where they can provide you with well Customer Support.
On a related note, the launcher gives you a black screen for a while, maybe twenty seconds in my case.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

EliteZ✭✭✭I'd also suggest trying the repair tool on the launcher, has helped me in the past whenever I've had issues with the launcher and pressing play.0 -
