No sounds & infinite loading screen after patch v1.1.2

Game unplayable now after the patch. All music is gone in the login screen as well as the character selection is not loading(showing infinite loading screen). Tried repair and the game downloaded the whole game again. Still not working. Please help.

Thrudra_Magia✭✭✭Glad I'm not the only one with this problem I, too, have been unable to hear anything either ingame or during the logo cinematic.
I have repaired the game multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled the game as a desperate measure. I have uninstalled/reinstalled my audio drivers and removed all add-ons and still no sound from ESO.
I do not have this problem with any other MMOs or single-player games, only with ESO.
Please help! As it stands now, this game is unplayable for me.
UPDATE: I was able to fix the sound issue by uninstalling ESO and reinstalling it in a directory other than the default, I used the My Documents folder. Its been two days and it still works.Edited by Thrudra_Magia on May 31, 2014 4:10PM0
