Night blade shadow cloak not working properly

When I use it the enemy still follow me and I can't sneak around and back attack for a crit. Before I use to be able to do this all the time but I can't anymore did they change it? or is this a bug?

Same here. I also have to reply it often. I hear it go off and notice I'm not stealthed.0

Yes my NB is worse off after this patch, thankfully they have a post from a DEV addressing the issues.0
