I was banking, changed toons, got randomly kicked back to character selection with a different character selected. I tried to log into the game and it appears that all of my characters will go into a loading screen and then back to Character selection with the below error message displayed, I have tried reloading the game, and have even repaired my installation.
I am simply unable to log into any character and play.

apparently this is the same thing that has happened to me. I was logged in to one character, did some stuff for 5 minutes. Moved to another character, was in 3-4 minutes and then it logged me out. Now it constantly gives the same error as screenshotted above.0 -
shaiten✭✭Happened to me just tonight ... took it about 4 mins to clear up and when I logged back in I had been rolled back. This happened twice in Riften
