Dear fellow players, before you blame and flame and demand money back and who knows what... can you please stop for a moment make sure that on your side, on the client side everything is in state it should be? Updated? Latest drivers? No fishy processes running in memory?

You know folks at Zenimax are working their asses off to resolve all those bugs. Yeah there are tons of them, there is worth of mountain or two of bugs but it is always and everyshere like this and I personally (being developer and support guy some time ago) I like to observe the process. With patience, understanding and appreciation. Guys debugging and fine-tuning projects like this takes time and effort and with every fix and closed ticket the game is better. I can feel it. Can't you?

Yea that 2.5 sec lag time on my 1.1 sec biting jabs give me more free time to stand there and "feel it". Thanks for the lol so early in the am...

OP's first post, hmmm hello ZOS staff member how about you start posting in the many threads about vet mobs fail or all the other zillion new and existing bugs and crappy systems you have going on in this game.

Or maybe OP is the idiot who programmed this ***.

Clearly there are no problems for the hundreds of people here who have to redownload the game then. Problem solved.

What do you mean "how do we contribute"?

We've all been telling ZOS what they need to do and where the bugs are and where the bots are, and they're not listening. They manage to wreck the game even more by making vet areas unplayable without grouping. They wreck the game by making it impossible to find simple things like motifs and recipes. They wreck the game. Started off great...wrecked with each move they make.

"We" can't do anything it seems, ZOS won't come to the party.

You are describing your success in downloading the patch which is irrelevant when considering the quality of the patch provided.

Sorry but all I am able to read here is just expectations set too high (oh yeah the hype with every beta!) and naturally not met. I know how disappointing, no, soul-crushing (for true gamer) it can be. My whole point is to just give them a break for a while.

Zenimax needs to make a list of people who "they shouldnt listen to" and add the OP to that list. One of the major issues in this forums is people who give constructive criticism are flamed, where as its the people who blindly applaud zenimax who are partly responsible for the current state of the game. More ostriches in the forum than any other i have seen .

"Expectations set too high"? Haha, no this is our reaction to witnessing mass incompetence on the part of a company who claim to be creating a fun, gaming experience. "Give them a break"? This isn't a charity - they need to earn our money or we walk. Ask for money each month and you better be earning that stuff. We told them where they were going wrong, on most topics it's complete silence - or worse - they implement the absolute worst choice out of all the things suggested.

They need to start listening and talking to us a whole lot more. This is not the time for "breaks".

Sorry Lucifer108 but the way I am playing the game did not get me into any serious trouble since release. Maybe I don't stress the functionality so much to hit the bugs. Well and I am ostrich here, how do you call ones who just don't see how it works in this industry?

Support guy maybe, because your first answer to the patching problems lacks of any rationally proven relation to the actual problem as much as any CSs answer would.

Dont worry cs/dev guy, *** happens. Its usual when you are using an outdated gpu driver to be forced to redownload the whole 22GB client after playing fine one hour before. Blame the customer, it always does the trick.

Its obvious ESO players are abusing the skooma. The problem cant be in the ZOS end if the anonymous CS/dev guy says so.

    You're like joking, right?

I know a handful of guildies who couldn't patch and are using a range of different / similar devices.

I patched, now every time I click play the game crashes. I tried to repair, it now prompts me to download the ENTIRE game again. How this is MY fault is beyond me, I simply clicked the launcher and it went from there. Like I said before, a few people are having the same issue.

I agree and disagree, they've been doing well in terms of fixing bugs and whatnot but they frequently cause more by not testing their latest patches.. So between a team of obviously capable individuals why is it that quite a few individuals are getting fatal error 11 and other such nonsense? Because it definitely isn't our fault.

You my friend i am sorry to say are an ostrich. Just because it is not happening to u , doesnt mean others are not experiencing bugs and a whole lot of other things. That is the problem with this community in general. The game has been out for almost 2 months , and the number of negative vs positive threads on various forums vastly favor the negative.
Its similar to a discussion that happens in every MMO guild chat where a person asks for help since he has FPS issues and instead of people offering to help him find a solution , the discussion turns into how much FPS and what powerful graphics card others have.
Its no different here, people are having issues playing this game and this is a customer support forum .And when people ask for help on this forum regarding issues they have , you have people post about how bug and lag free their game is or threads praising zenimax on this forum.

I have played MMOs since Everquest 1 and i am not one to tell u how to enjoy your game or spend your money, but my experience has been far from the best (VR 10 for 2 weeks now) and have never seen a bug ridden MMO with terrible customer service since Age of Conan.

Still I feel entitled to express my full support for the game and the way it is being introduced and worry about useless negativity it receives. Ridicule me and tear me apart further if you want.
