game crash and then some...

So my other half will be playing (this is after the latest patch) will have the game crash, try to log in get error 310. than finally get back on and all progress that has been done (banking/questin/exploring/ect) is gone, its like the game was nvr turned on today...

Any ideas?

*Edit* sry forgot to mention, we found out what 310 error was, but that doesnt explain the loss of game play

I suspect it is something server-side which results in reboot and rollback of progress which has happened before (and other occasions) from looking and also gives that error. I suggest to make a support ticket (in game via Help) for this as its not Mac specific.

Thank you Moonraker. Found out it was server side but only for the Ebonheart side of things.
I tried telling him "that's what you get for playing a nord" but then I got the "Ya, well you play a dunmer"
and then it went down hill, and i tried to kill him in pvp....
