975 hour "Bit an Ally" Cooldown on Werewolf Character, this is beyond broken

Logged in after the 1.1.2 update to many, many surprises involving missing achievements and wiped quest log, but this one is the oddest for sure. Yesterday, I had no "Bit an Ally" cooldown as it had been over a week since I last bit another player. Today, I have a 40 day cooldown. Anyone else notice something similar, on their Werewolf or Vampire characters?

Bad news: The 1.1.3 patch did not fix this issue.
Good news: The cooldown is now only 720 hours, or 30 days. Awesome!0 -
