Ok so i was playing this morning with everything going fine then off of a sudden the loading screen comes on but the tooltips on it changes instantly, and on top of this if i move my mouse or keys i can still hear my character moving/attack according to what i press.

I tried to research it but its not the typical loading screen of death or logging everyone is referring to. I had to ALT+F4 then restart game, but all that does is once i selected my character it loads it on the map and as soon that the loading screen is done. a second one restarts with the crazy spaming tooltip. so there's no way to play or completely log on anymore. Any way to fix this so i can return to playing the game?
The map where this is Happening is Deshaan. I have tried repairing the gam eand reloging but that also did nothing
