Unable to download Manifest - Error 210! Help
Hey, i recently cannot play The Elder Scrolls Online 
The reason for this is because when i start my launcher i can't get into the game i just get an error code saying "Unable to download manifest." This has something to do with my internet, because when i play any where else it works.
My Internet connection is fine, i have gotten to VR2 without a problem with my internet

I'm sharing the exact same lifeboat that your in, please pass sardines btw.
After I downloaded the major update of around 2.7 gigs. I closed my launcher and rebooted my computer just to start fresh. Than I encountered what happened to you where the launcher takes nearly 3 minutes to load. The "Repair" option is also non-responsive.
Myself having over a decade of MMO experiences. I would recommend waiting it out until the developers come out with a hot fix patch. Meaning these folks just lost their weekend for pushing out a very problematic major update.
It'll probably be tomorrow when the community manager actually says something officially as to the various bugs occurring. Perhaps even take down the North American servers like they did to the Europeans earlier today. Best go play another game until a patch to fix the patch is developed. Also, don't go uninstalling the client out of sheer impatience or noodle with any directories. You can actually make it worse on yourself.0
