Post patch issues - menus/wayshrines/more

After spending several minutes logged in I was hit with a number of interactivity issues
Esc button is unresponsive - Can't log out, can't change settings, can't access the system menus
Banked Gold - Cannot withdraw or deposit, using either the hot keys or clicking on the button at the bottom of the screen.
"Destroy" - stops working, items become grayed out but nothing happens, you can attempt to destroy another item and the previous is still there.
Wayshrines - Left click all day, you're not going anywhere. I can't use wayshrines to travel, both left and right clicks interact (zoom in and out both work) but clicking and actual wayshrine doesn't do anything.
Logging out - using /camp to attempt to log while unable to bring up the menus won't log me out either or at least is doing it without showing the 10 seconds prompt.
Skill points - Cannot apply skill points during bug.
So, Zenimax why should I keep subscribing to your game?

Innocente✭✭✭✭You are probably out of sync with the server. No solution if it does not re-sync on its own, other than to relog.1 -

Except that combat seems to be fine, selling and buying is fine, depositing and withdrawling items is fine and the menus are client side, I don't need to be in-sync with the server to hit ESC.

Gedwyn✭Getting almost the exact same issues as the OP - noticed them right away after the patch yesterday. Did a full reinstall overnight hoping that would fix the issue - it hasn't.
Seems random to me - at some point after playing for a bit, I lose esc key function and can't wayshrine. Could be 15 mins, could be 45 mins into the game - but it always stops working at some point and nothing but a full relog - killing the client and restarting/logging back in - fixes the issue.
