Character can not log in.

My Character is locked out from being able to play. He walked from the exterior of the armory at western Elswyr gate to the interior and the game loaded like normal. When the screen cleared and the graphics of the game were supposed to appear, the loading screen reappeared faded in the back ground, and the tooltips at the bottom of the screen repeatedly cycle about every .25 seconds. I Can log in with other characters normally. Please help! I Can not log in with my character. I will be in game on another toon in the mean time awaiting your response.

I also have run the repair tool as well.. No Luck.

Log a call on help.elderscrollsonline.com. Request to be teleported somewhere else. This is a common problem with new patch.

I had this happen less than an hour after the servers were up. Emailed them the issue and a link to the video. All I got was a we're looking into it. I did just email again asking why it has taken so long to help when it seems like teleporting me to a wayshine would be a good temporary measure. Coming up on 12 hours soon. I love Elder Scrolls, but I'm starting to wonder if I should move on and wait and see where the game is at in 6 months to a year.

Yeah, there's two other videos on this forum of it too. It's a new game bug. Even if they teleport you out, you trigger it again by going to certain areas of the map.
