please help.. downloader wants to redownload the entire game after patch

the updater wants to download the entire game after having to use repair after my laptop ran out of power 70 mb from completion and when I start the game it immediately crashes with a fatal error report and i hit repair and it wantst download 22.9 gigs

IvenSoul ShrivenHonestly, I could deal with all the glitches and bugs in game without complaining to much. And that may be because of how much of an elder scrolls fan I am. But this is total BULLCRAP. Me having redownload the entire game? after how much trouble it was for me to do it in the first place?
