I've had to /reloadui multiple times around (1-2 hours playing).
Seems to LOSE it's ability to work.

Asava✭✭✭Actually I logged in and took the quest to craiglorn via wagon. Once there I couldn't way shrine back. I had to wagon out of the zone. I still had to relog to use a way shrine after that.0

Very ANNOYING and was not there yesterday. Worse than the stuck talking to a vendor bug that prevented you from doing anything.0 -

I've had it stop working in dialog with shopkeepers, and in crafting stations.0 -

I'm having the same problem. /reload ui seems to work part of the time and when it doesn't relogging helps for a short time. I haven't been able to identify the trigger that causes the problem.
I hope this is near the top of the to do list of fixes after this patch.0 -

Inacio2006b16_ESOSoul ShrivenI've just been testing it with some addons and from what i see it's caused by the Exterminatus Group Leader one for me. With that addon enabled the esc key would bug out every time i destroyed anything from my inventory. Hope this helps with some of you if you have it installed.0

People who are having problems with ESC might want to try changing/checking your video settings to "windowed (fullscreen)." ESC seems to be less odd for me in that mode than in fullscreen mode.0 -

happins when you use a store forsure, to like sell an item, once you leave the store the esc key wont work. I added 3 addons and i think one of them is the issue, rMark, Exterminatus Group Leader, AmiliousGuildTools, i really believe it has to do with one of these, ill have to disable the 3 at some point tonight and try.

It's not just the <esc> key, but the UIs get screwed up, all sorts of things stop working, such as enchant, crafting improvements, deleting items.
/reloadui does work but it keeps getting screwed up again, sometimes within a few seconds.
It seems that dealing with crafting can screw it up, as can dealing with some npcs.
Note that this is VERY similar to an error that used to happen in the Beta where you could get stuck at crafting stations or with crafting npcs. I would bet that the cause is similar.1 -

I don't have that add-on and the ESC key issue is happening to me.1
