Fullscreen from 1.1.2 with HDMI cable

I'm having issues with the new full screen. I use a TV as my monitor and use an HDMI cable. When I enable fullscreen mode I get the effect it not full taking screen size and it colors are off. Its much like its in YCbCr 4.4.4 Pixel format. So basicly its not taking full screen everything looks really washed out and crappy.

I had the same issue when i was testing fullscreen on the PTS. Somehow, ESO didn't recognize my resolution and defaulted to 800x600 which was then scaled to the actual screen size and looked like crap.

Setting the correct resolution manually fixed this for me ...

I've checked the settings under usersettings.txt its set to 1920x1080. Screenshots show up fine btw took some to show what I ment, but they look awesome..

Also when swapping resolutions nothing changes it all stays the same size.

So I went and spent $40 on a dvi-hdmi converter (hdmi and dvi cable) and have the exact same issue as before.... -.- Here that? It's my munies circling the drain lol.

Have you tried Windowed(Fullscreen) mode yet?

Yes works fine, but I get 100 fps with fullscreen since I can use both my gpu's..

I can't play that way though it looks horrid.

I fixed this issue. If your using amd goto CCC then goto Image scaling select "Enable GPU Scaling" then goto "Scaling Options" Click the box saying Use the scaling values instead of customized settings. Then find your eso.exe and right click on it goto properties and select disable display scaling on high dpi settings.

Idk maybe I didn't now fullscreen acts like its windowed again. lol
