Just read the interview by IGN with director Paul Sage.
He was saying that thieves guild and datk brotherhood guilds should not be expected before the first 4 updates meaning not before next year.
Housing not to be expected before two years.
This in combination with overcrowded public dungeons and bot trains and other expected elderscrolls systems left out is really depressing.
Very close to hit the subscription cancel button and return when the game is completed.

quix_oteb16_ESOSoul ShrivenPlayer housing should have been part of the game at launch. Housing was a part of the previous Elder Scrolls games. Not having it makes this game less so.13

Ryoendymon✭✭I am rather happy its a ways out, everything cannot be given up to us at once, if it were we would get bored and walk away.
World of Warcrap has always had the same resounding issue, about 2 years between expansions, and by the 1 year to 1.5 year mark a massive exodus of players cancel subs, only to renew when the new content comes out.
This is because all WoW gives between expansions is a couple dungeons, whoopdiefreakindoo.
Its not a waste of money for people to play until new things get added, let us learn and enjoy what we have and get some bones thrown to us later on.4 -
