"Anchors from the harbor" Ghost stuck in wall?

Is anyone else having this issue? When I go to the island to speak to the ghost, he's stuck in a wall and I can't speak to him, is this a known issue?

May 21st. He's stuck as hell. I can see him but can't get close enough to talk to him. He just says "Come to me," but I can't walk through the wall. A complete restart did no good at all.
OK, think I have it. FIRST get as far away from the place he is stuck as you can (without leaving the island). Don't keep standing next to him, or near. THEN do a complete restart. He'll remanifest somewhere near you.Edited by sagesourceb16_ESO on May 29, 2014 11:42AM0
