Bugged Hirelings, 3 weeks of in game bug tickets and no reponse or solution.

I have 3 points in Blacksmithing, Clothier, Woodworking, Enchanting and Provisioning. I also log in at 8 am and get my coffer for each of the professions. I am meant to get a second coffer 12 hours later for Blacksmithing, Clothier, Woodworking and Provisioning. So I log in 8pm, 9pm, 10pm just to keep checking everyday, but there is no second coffer for these professions despite clearly stating that they are 12 hours apart. I have logged a bug report ticket every day that this has occurred for the last 3 weeks.

To this day, I have not seen a single response from ZoS, the issue still persists and although it shouldn't bother me. That is approximately 21 coffers per profession that I am now missing. I simply could of had these skillpoints otherwise allocated if prior knowledge that it wasn't working, but I just simply do not want to spend 11k to retrait when this shouldn't be a bug still being reported this many weeks after launch.

Come on ZoS, How about you fix this and settle a resolute for these missing coffers for the paying playerbase.

    Just checking - have you taken the coffers out of your mail as have heard that the clock is not from when you get the mail but from when the contents are in your character. Been getting my daily supplies ok but have not yet gone for twice a day.

    always take the coffers out and delete the mail as I thought this might of been the cause a couple of days into the issue. but it makes no difference.

    It shouldn't matter, they should stack in the mail, if it says once a day it should send you them everyday even if you don't sign in, as some one said before, the gold spammers are always on time with their spam and it stacks up just nicely.

    IMO they should build up at least until your mailbox is full.
    That which we obtain to cheap we esteem to lightly, it is dearness only that gives everything its value.

    Huh... weird. Maybe there was another stealth nerf. I still had to log into get them, though.

    its been like that for me going all the way back to Beta. if I don't pull the mail at least once a day I don't get any more Mails from my hireling.

    Think i've gotten two deliveries in one day once in two weeks. None at the days I did not log in.

    are you logging out immediately after you collect the items?
