Where can I to find book "Rite of the Scion"

I can't to find this book (Rite of the Scion) in my Lore library after reading. Where can I to read it?

Tiyamel✭✭✭I also had this book after making my alt a vampire, passed it through bank and read it on my main, its disappeared, no text on screen about collecting the lorebook and I can't find it anywhere in the lorebook section either, not even a greyed out book as if in not collected, it just doesn't seem to exist, did I need to use it on my vampire for it to register or maybe its just bugged at moment, has anyone else managed to collect it and actually find it in lore library again?Guild Master of Lost Prophecies, small group of friends playing in Ebonheart Pact, recruitment only accessible through playing with us and making a good impression.

Tiyamel✭✭✭Finally found it!!! Bumping to let you know once you complete Mages Guild questlines you get given something called Eidetic Memory from the guild leader, what this does is allow you to see the second library in your Lorebook collection, all the random books and pages you read can be found in here including Rite of the Scion, altho it seems to be bugged for me as it does not show I have read that book and also a lot of other books are still "unread" according to my library.Guild Master of Lost Prophecies, small group of friends playing in Ebonheart Pact, recruitment only accessible through playing with us and making a good impression.
