Ever since I reset my skills, Binding Light ability is bugged for me. I don't get the option to even train the ability. The ability progression bar is lit half way but when I try to add it to my skill bar I get the message I can't.

I think this happen because I trained the passive skills 1st after resetting my skills. This sometimes I notice effect other abilities bar increasing or decreasing which led to Binding Light being lit up when I did not even train it at that point.

Any suggestion, I spend over 40k resetting my skills in the hope it my amend it self.
