Can't set home Cyrodiil campaign

I have two characters playing the same alliance. On first i did manage easily to join Auriel's Bow campaign. On second I tried again to set home campaign to AB as well but this time with no luck. For some reason I can't do that. I press R to set as home, then press E to confirm and nothing happens. Relog does not help (trying to do that since yesterday).

I've contacted support in game but so far they couldn't help. Any advice?

p.s. I don't want to join other campaign.

Edit: I just noticed that setting AB as quest campaign also doesn't work

Hello @alterfenixeb17_ESO,

As a first step, could you check that no addon is interfering with the game by disabling them. Sometimes addons, especially outdated ones can lead to problems with the UI.

You can't have two characters from the same faction in the same campaign I believe.

Why not. I remember company talking about characters from different alliances but from the same? That makes little sense.

You can have two of the same fraction in one campaign but only if none of your other alliance characters is not in that campaign as well. For me somehow 3 characters where placed in the same as my mai who was in another alliance.

So i had to level all those characters to 10 so i could get them homed in another campaign, after that i could enter the same alliance people in the same campaign.

Hope it makes sense.
