Yup, I'm stupid; bought ESO game but in wrong account and can't use it

I stupidly purchased another ESO free to play game from inside my Wulfrun account. That is my account from 2014. I have since discovered the purchase needed to be from inside a new ESO account. So, there is a purchased game in my account that I cannot use. I have tried to use the phone contact but that only generated a repeat email of the purchase. I was hoping that the purchase could be moved to my new account, Aoari. Is that possible?
