Argonians needing a bubble underwater

Hi devs, not sure if this has been mentioned or not yet but in the underwater sections argonians have a bubble but lore wise can't they breathe underwater?

The bubble is probably there to protect characters from intensive underwater pressures, which is also present in Graven Deep and Gold Road's Prologue quest.

Yup, pressures that far down are tough even for an Argonian physiology.

In the livestream where they showed off this event, they said that the reason for the bubble was for protection against the high pressure underwater, like Maitsukas said
