Why was Pyrebrand Stealth-Buffed?

Both on a brand new level 3 sorc (collections) with no CP or passives in. If you don't believe me, go on PTS yourself (or just read the tooltips for the ‘landslide’ bit).
Isn't this set a top-performer anywhere? You all DID realize that the best-of-the-best DK was DOGwalking a werewolf already, right?
I am hitting people with 27k whips while in onslaught/corro with BloodSpawn, Rally, and Mono (protection) on.

✭✭How is any of this ‘healthy’ exactly?
For the record, these are the few of MANY I have. These are all on a werewolf with perma major protection and 30k resists (again… not that it even matters).
Keep in mind the other morph can be ready in 3-4 GCDs, hits ~’33’% harder, and can’t be mitigated by major evasion.

Nah they don't care about streamers etc, it's not like eso has a big streaming community. The balance team is simply clueless, I understood everything that's wrong with the game when I saw the video of the head of combat playing a bg and oh boy what a sight2 -
