Where actual balance changes?

If there have been a thousand forum posts about balance over the last few months, that's still a thousand more balance changes than we've actually seen in the patch notes.

The complete lack of communication, combined with the developers' total disregard for one of the most important aspects of the game's long-term health, has convinced me that even logging in just to increase the active player count by one is more support than this patch deserves.

Steam says I have over 12,000 hours in-game. Ofc, that's super inflated because Steam counts the launcher being open, not the time spent actually playing. Even so, if a negative review from someone with that much time invested convinces even a few people to stay away, then it has served its purpose.

Rather than playing, I'll spend my time wondering which will release first: Elder Scrolls 6 or the next meaningful class balance update.

Their wording about making changes to make non reworked class feel closer to dk suggests that they were in the very initial phases for that, which is why I did not expect any major buffs to weaker classes.
Also their priority once again seems very wierd.
I welcome the nerf to pulse ganking altho I didn't find it too troublesome, but the changes to stealth and invis really wasn't on my bingo card when dks and wws can put out gank level damage while being tanky bruisers on top.
Also I really don't think they need some major new system or rework ASAP to bring classes more in line, we already have masteries, and those are not seeing adjustments, which really boggles my mind.
