My Account Was Mistakenly Banned for No Reason

My account has been banned, and I believe this action was taken in error.
I have not done anything wrong or intentionally violated the rules. My last time playing was on the ESO PTS approximately 6 days ago, and I have not logged in since then.
I have been playing ESO for a long time and have always tried to follow the game’s rules and guidelines.

I know, I know. There is no AI that bans the people. But there obviously is some algorithm that checks for suspicious behavior and suggests a ban and some burned out employees then click yes to all.
You guys are producing even more work for yourselves by this „let‘s make the algorithm do the work for us“ as there are so many people banned for apparently no reason these days.7 -

It’s been almost a month now, and no one has resolved this issue. I still haven’t received any email or update regarding my account.
I have paid for the game, DLC, and all the content associated with this account, so I’m extremely frustrated that I’ve been waiting this long without any resolution or communication.
Please look into this issue and provide me with an update as soon as possible. I’ve already been waiting for almost a month, and I would really appreciate having this resolved.2
