Two weeks without a reply...

Hello. It has already been two weeks since my account was blocked without explanation. Support isn't answering me. I have two questions:
1. Will I ever get a response? 260621-001136
2. Can I unlink the blocked account from PSN, simply create a new one, and start playing from scratch?
It’s truly awful—buying a game, playing for 13 hours, and then waiting 14 days just to find out why I was banned.

Good evening. Due to recent events, we can no longer expect responses on the forum. It has been more than three weeks since my appeal was submitted, and I have been playing for 13 hours. I have documented every hour of my gameplay in the ticket. However, I have been ignored on the forum, and there is no response in the ticket. I greatly appreciate your hard work and dedication, but please understand that I purchased the game, played for 13 hours, and was banned without any explanation. The ban is not temporary; it is permanent! I can't imagine what I could have done in 13 hours of gameplay. I didn't even pick any herbs.

Hi, just wanted to follow up here. I took a look into your ticket and it is active and awaiting a response, however, with the reduction in staff, tickets- especially in this ticket queue- are taking a bit longer than usual, and the team in that queue was already smaller than others. We appreciate everyone's patience while we get reorganized, and rest assured you will receive a response as soon as they are able to get to you.
