Does anyone else find Farm Aflame dynamic encounter in Auridon boring?

Bilsa's Delivery in Stonefalls and Vampire Hunt in Glenumbra are both more active and move through the area, but Farm Aflame in Auridon just stays in one spot and doesn't seem to have a lot of action like the others. By comparison I was surprised by how boring it is. Anyone else feel the same?

Yeah, I like the two where you travel across the map. At least Farm Aflame is located on a road, so questers may stumble upon it naturally.

There's also no special reason to do that dynamic encounter over the other two once you've done it once. The other two have unique rewards to get players to do them often, while the other gets a single achievement and thats it.

Me too. I like the Auridon encounter because it isn't just "kill everything." You have to put out fires and save horses.

The farm one is the only one that actually feels like a dynamic encounter that someone could stumble across and DO. It's also more engaging with the horses and fires. I imagine it will be fun with fewer players.
    Hoping for more playable races.
Hoping the game and it's team remains alive.

Farm is being overrun by bandits who are setting fires everywhere disregarding the wellbeing of the horsies.

The farmer is very concerned about her horsies so we come in, send the bandits to oblivion, put out the fires and lead the horsies to safety.

Farmer is hopeful that she can rebuild.

Nice summary. I think it's making a little more sense now!

Agree with some of the other comments. I also like it feels more like partipating and contributing, instead of zerg surfing. I realize that aspect will improve as less people farm the other two.

Its the only one dropping the Style pages, at least for me anyway. I think they just kind of went small on these because they are new but I hope they have a lot more of these permanently in many locations. And expand them to be bigger and longer with additional rewards and perhaps even rotating rewards. Id really like to see them introduce daily, weekly, monthly and Holiday ones. There is a lot of potential.

In the beginning, I thought the Vampire one was my favorite but after doing the farm for awhile, I like that there are more activities to do for everyone. These type of events work so well in Fallout. But Eso is a far far bigger world with many more people at once.

I think they all have some charm, thoughtfulness and interesting storyline, but what appeals to some may not appeal to all. I appreciate the fact that they varied them all to be different from each other.

I had no idea either. There were just too many players running all over and I couldn't see what was going on.

Thanks to @ApoAlaia for the explanation.

I like it! It's fun putting out the fires and leading the horses around.

I think it's way better with a few players than dozens, and I don't think it's good content to repeatedly farm. More world events like this will be very welcome IMO.

It feels more urgent than quests about stopping bandits, because there's a timer and a lot of action in a small area. It's just very chaotic with players farming the Encounters.

    Tbh I'm not surprised.

The Auridon event is much shorter than then other two, if I didn't do the events early in the AM when there are far fewer people in attendance I'd probably be quite confused too.

For many players who arrive with the event already started during 'sociable hours' the experience will be something along the lines of 'bandits, fires, buckets? what is a horse doing there? aaaaaaand is done'.

Try it with a group of 12. You'll get three things to do at the same time, fires, horses, and fight bandits. The sheer numbers of people, along with the way the scaling works, make the encounter (and all the others) meaningless.

Honestly, the most fun I've had on the encounters, is the Vampire Hunt and trying to avoid getting a bounty from the rogue Liongurad.

Yes, right now all three encounters just have too many people, but that will ease up eventually and it’ll be easier to understand what’s going on. I do like the other two better than this one because of the way they move around.I’m still doing all three in the hopes of getting the gem for the Prowlers Talisman but I have not had any luck yet for some reason.

Having a guild member reporting the event in the chat does help a lot - simply quicktravel to her/him, and you are good to go.

Its not just the movement but the story / theme is boring and not very entertaining...

Just as comparison, dynamic events from warhammer online a game that launched 2008...

It’s my favorite one because it’s not just “follow the npc and kill things”. Very GW2-esque with the carrying water buckets around, whilst still feeling definitively ESO.

It's still kinda crazy around that DE though. Players frantically racing each other to click anything yellow, not realizing that the horse they clicked on is following them around and that they need to lead it to the corral.

I think you might be right about the style pages. It would make sense too since the other two have the fragments for skill styles.

I have the other two skill styles done so I’m going to do this one daily to see if more pages drop.

If all 3 Dynamic Encounters would have followed this scheme, yes, I would probably have found it not very interesting.
Since it is the only Dynamic Encounter working like this I find it a nice variation, which I think is always good 'cause it gives alternative options to those who could find the other DEs not enjoyable.

I have yet to see the one in Stonefalls, let alone do it. If anything I would prefer either more frequent dynamic encounters or at least that the 30 minute cooldown exists per zone and not, as it apparently is, for all zones.
