The one for completing the thieves guild finders quest seems odd. If you only play one character, it's impossible to complete in a week. Even with more characters, you have to have done a certain part of the original thieves guild quest line before you can pick up the quests.
The double claim isn't for just Premium Tomes but rather all tiers, including Free, and it only applies when you've unlocked all 12 Pages

The double claim isn't for just Premium Tomes but rather all tiers, including Free, and it only applies when you've unlocked all 12 Pages. I'm guessing you already have them all unlocked (at least largely) because of the bug that applied whatever spare Points you had at the end of last Season to this Season as well before they got converted to Gold.raystormusa wrote: »I have received feedback that having an active Premium Tamriel Tome can double the number of claims, mostly observed on the “Loot X”, “Collect X” and “Complete X” type of weekly challenges. It also seems to be randomly applied, not every weekly challenge upgrades to the double claim version, so the list was seen to contain a mix of both regular claim and double claim weekly challenges. I am not sure if this is the intended outcome or not, ZOS would have to clarify on this.

Reposted this info to the first post for completeness.
The team will also look into why Undaunted Pledges do not count towards the "Complete Guild Daily Quests" Weekly Challenge.
Regarding the "Complete Thieves Guild Finder Quests" Weekly Challenge, the team unintentionally tuned this number too high. Starting with Update 51, this Weekly Challenge will require one Finder Quest with up to three total repeats, meaning you will only have to do three of the four every week if you wish to complete this Weekly Challenge..
We just received word from the dev team that the Reacquisition Quests in Daggerfall will also count in Update 51.

For a majority of players, this is very true. Completing the entire challenge requires 24 runs. One suggestion is to form a group with your friends or guild and share quests. It will require 6 days of grouping up with 4 quests shared per day to complete them all. To be faster, use multiple characters.
As we are in week 1, not completing any weekly challenge has no impact as all players can use week 2 to continue working through them (week 1 at five, then week 2 at ten). Week 3 onwards though… will be a challenge (pun intended).
Spencer Rye’s daily quest prerequisite is the first part of the original Thieves Guild quest “Partners in Crime”. Once that is done Spencer will appear and on completing his initial quest “The Sailors Pipe”, his Tip Board will be made available (im paraphrasing for the benefit of readers unaware of the specifics - this is not directed at you Azura - im sure you are perfectly familiar with all of the above).
