Sorc is extremely viable right now. It's Class Mastery passives gave it insane boosts.
Templar literally got a free flat 700/tick bonus damage passive (which all flat damage bypasses battle spirit and applies to individual ticks) and no one uses it. Each jab tick, sun fire tick, burning light tick, etc. does 700 more damage, 1,030 with draugrkin's grip.
Warden just got an extra free 1600 weapon/spell damage and 20% crit damage from major brittle.
The only classes underwhelming I'd argue are maybe Necromancer and Nightblade in terms of class masteries, from a DPS perspective.

Are you sure judgement brand bypasses battle spirit? I heard it dosent.
Edit. tryed it now, and seems to only increase slightly 350 in dmg that is not really that good. And no templars damage is still bad even with 3 dmg sets, on a dk, sorc and ww i can do insaine dmg and not even build for it and be extremely tanky at the same time. On a templar tho you could either go full glass canon and do medicore dmg or be extremely tanky and do zero dmg. So stop spreading misinformation that classes are almost equal becouse they are not even close.
Judgment’s Brand: This passive upgrades rank 2 of Burning Light to increase your damage done with Templar abilities by 1400 (700 against players) for 3.1 seconds after activating.

It's in the literal patch notes that it is halved. They must not be talking about PvP ...

I know its halved, but its get halved again from battle spirit that makes it only 350 extra dmg. Yeah tought he ment pvp since he was implaying that judgment brand with draugkin did 1030 extra dmg in battle spirit when in reality it does only 700 extra dmg if i am correct.

Well, you are NOT correct. In reality it increases dmg by 700 x 0,45 = 315. Draugkin increases by 333 x 0,45 = 150. So it's 465 maximum. Choosing different passive that gives you 600 spell dmg + oakfathers or essence thief will give you more dmg.
In summary judgement brand is absolutely not worth in PvP. PvE glass cannon is ok.
