Good afternoon. On June 20, 2026, an account was created, and after playing for 13 hours, I was banned on June 21, 2026. I didn't receive any emails or warnings, and I was kicked out of the game while my friend was helping me level up in the arena. I encountered an error stating that the connection to the server had been terminated, and when I tried to log in, I was informed that my account had been permanently banned. On June 21, I created a support ticket, detailing all my actions during the 13-hour game, and provided all the requested information. I then updated the information to address the issue and unlock my account. However, 9 days have passed without a response. My account remains locked. The ticket number is 260621-001136

Hi @Myyxomop. Your ticket is in the right place and you should be fine. While you are waiting for a follow up on the ticket, please do not update the ticket. Every time you update it, it resets you place in line, making it longer for our teams to get to it. We have someone taking a look at your ticket today.

Hello. It's been three days since you said that "today" one of your employees would deal with my issue. But no one has responded...

Hello) well, before the ban, I also ran to pvp, but the truth is, I only repaired the gate, I didn't communicate with anyone) well, honestly, in 13 hours I couldn't remember anything that could lead to a permanent ban)
But they are considering the application for a very long time, it will be a month soon, but there is still no answer((

Not surprising. For example, I was banned for buying crowns and giving crown items as gifts to my friends, with the explanation that I was a "black trader", lol. However, the fact that someone is buying these crowns with their own money and contributing to the company's revenue does not fit into their worldview. Nowadays, anyone can be banned for the slightest reason.

I've never seen or heard of ZOS reversing a ban. It's one of the things that scares me most about being a ZOS customer. It's like being given the death penalty without any ability for the decision to be reviewed. This is a particular problem with ZOS because I know a lot of bans that were not earned. ZOS just makes up a reason and that's that.

The answer came. It's very interesting) we've banned you, but we won't tell you why, and we won't unban you) also, a letter came late, stating that points 5.1 and 5.2 were violated. In short, I once used cheats on PlayStation 5, a bot. And I was preventing people from playing Sirodil. Anyone who plays on PlayStation knows that no one plays Sirodil on Europe anymore, and there were two parties from the Yellow Alliance running together. In general, it's a very interesting policy: if a player is old, they can be forgiven for a lot of things. Considering that the account was only one day old, they could have given a warning. Moreover, there were no violations, and I was actually repairing gates and walls))xfyskge3q1yw.jpeg

But I don't lose hope and I hope for justice. It's a very questionable idea, given the recent news, to give bans to players who are just creating an account.

I'm also very upset by the fact that I can't play TESO on my console anymore. I could forget about the account that was unfairly banned and start the game from scratch. I didn't make much progress. But I can't access the website or unlink my account from the PSN. It's like I bought a game and didn't get to play it.
