The issue has supposedly been fixed but still no news? No developer comment? No extension of the Zenithar event announced? The issue certainly lasted long enough to warrant an extension, or an ingame mail containing tradebars or something. Please give us an update!

There is something else striking about this instance.

No one was able to log into the EU server for more than six hours, causing many players to lose their trade bars and daily rewards.

When ZoS appeared to have noticed, and the banner on the forums appeared, the problem was resolved about 15 minutes later.

This makes it clear that players ability to alert ZoS that there is a server problem via the forums isn't working effectively. It took six pages of forum posts before anyone noticed.

We don't expect everyone to be working over a holiday weekend in the US. We do expect that there are people who are there to address such a problem when it arises and that players have the ability to alert ZoS to it.

ZoS, can you please look into developing a more effective means for us to alert you. A specialised means just for when the server is no longer functional and you can get your people to address it in a timely fashion.

Perhaps you could limit this to certain GMs, if you are worried about it being abused. But it's clear that the current method isn't working. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's going to happen again. You've been working hard recently to improve communication and we appreciate that. The game and player experience is better for it.

This is a big one.

I'm not saying that this shouldn't happen but server access issues is not something that players should have to notify ZOS about.

There should be an automated check on the login servers which causes alarms to go off if it fails.

So apparently half of ZOS just got laid off, among them Gina Bruno and Mike Finnegan. That might be the reason why the response was so slow and why nobody has said anything yet.

Havent read the whole thread, is the login issue still not fixed? What do i do against it? Cant login with either of my 2 accounts

Any news about this issue? I'm still getting Error 201 and can't login.

@ines2015 It's working fine tonight. Maybe try exiting the launcher or even completely restarting your PC.
