I hope this message is appropriate to post here.
I am writing on behalf of a friend who is currently unable to access the official forums, as a result, he cannot log in to post himself.
He recently received a permanent account deactivation notice and has submitted support tickets to appeal the decision and request a review of his case.
For reference, the ticket numbers are:
* Question Reference #260622-001005
* Support Ticket #260623-001897
We understand from reading previous discussions on these forums that the Support Team is often very busy and that tickets are generally handled in the order they are received.
We are not asking for preferential treatment or for the forum staff to bypass the normal support process. We simply wanted to respectfully bring attention to the case in the event that a Community Manager or Support representative could confirm that the tickets are properly in the queue and awaiting review.
My friend is understandably concerned because he has invested many years into his account and sincerely believes there may have been a misunderstanding or issue that deserves a closer look.
