Is there are way to obtain this cosmetic? I'd really like to have it. 
I know that barbarian pack has a similar thingy, but it comes with beige makeup which doesn't look great on my dunmers.

It's been so long, I have never seen them for sale. I looked it up and apparently they're categorised as facial hair, so does that mean we can wear them alongside our face markings?
We need more of these eye-makeup-as-facial-hair cosmetics, they can be a lot of fun to wear, like the Magical Zephyr lashes.0 -
