Mad also = upset in general, it doesn't necessarily only mean anger. That aside, you act like every single time you want to get the drop you need to sit there for each spawn. My point was that you don't need to, nor was it "set an alarm at random and hope the thing had spawned right before I got here" either. My point was addressing the fact that you made it sound like you would be camping that ENTIRE achieve all in one sitting. And thus, obviously, my point was you don't need to wait there the whole 30 minutes for each subsequent spawn after the one you initially take part in. Plenty of people use alarms or addons that track when things like WBs are going to respawn.twigbot11k wrote: »@Arunei
Love when people read anger into a post.
Obviously yes, no one makes anyone else camp a dynamic event that spawns every 30 mins. But I did laugh at the idea of setting a timer. A 30 min timer would mean you'd miss it 100%, unless you had great luck and caught it, finished it, and know precisely when it will next spawn.
When you first log on, you won't know when it was last up, if you set such a timer, and walk away, solid odds you will miss it. You sound like someone who has never successfully camped anything in any game. *shrug*
The thing is, each Skill Style tells you what you need to get/do in order to unlock it. For ones that list an achieve, you'd check the Achievements list to see what the conditions are. You wouldn't know how to get a LOT of Skill Styles if you didn't read where they come from.Erickson9610 wrote: »twigbot11k wrote: »Still hoping ESO devs 180 and become reasonable. I get why ZOS tied the Skill Styles to the Dynamic Encounters system — it's to encourage players to use the new system. I'm sure Vampire players will do the Dynamic Encounter in Glenumbra for the Blood Scion Skill Style, just as Werewolf players will do the Dynamic Encounter in Stonefalls for the Werewolf Transformation Skill Styles.
I still think that these 3 base fur colors should've been sourced from doing Werewolf-specific things. If you didn't read where those styles were sourced from, you wouldn't organically unlock them through doing anything related to Werewolf. Imagine if, to unlock a Werewolf ability like Hircine's Bounty, we had to defeat the final boss of March of Sacrifices, rather than just rank up the Werewolf skill line. Sure, it's thematically appropriate, but how many players would think to go there to unlock something so fundamental to their skill line?
I think it would've been better if we had a 4th Werewolf Transformation Skill Style sourced from doing the Stonefalls Dynamic Encounter 10 times (like how the Blood Scion Skill Style is earned from the Glenumbra Dynamic Encounter) and let the base 3 Werewolf Transformation Skill Styles be sourced from Werewolf achievements. Anything more than the base 3 styles is considered "extra" and is the sort of reward you should go out of your way for.
